FDE的起点是业务问题Begin with the business problem

In ZFlow’s delivery approach, work starts with the problem, owner, constraints and evaluation method.
它和按岗位提供人员投入的外包服务有所区别。是否采用FDE方式，应看项目是否有明确场景成果和协作条件，而不只是看人员是否驻场。It differs from outsourcing role-based capacity. An FDE engagement is defined by scenario outcomes and collaboration conditions, not simply by an engineer being on-site.
在开发之前明确验证口径Define evaluation before development
先准备合法授权、能代表实际工作的样本，记录当前人工流程的耗时、质量和异常。随后约定验证集、基线、关键结果及失败条件。Prepare authorized samples representative of real work and document time, quality and exceptions in the current process. Agree on evaluation sets, baselines, outcomes and failure conditions.
评测不仅看模型能否回答，还要看引用是否可核验、输出是否可供业务使用，以及错误时是否有清晰的人工处理路径。Evaluate more than whether a model can answer: check verifiable references, operational usefulness and clear human handling when errors occur.
让应用进入流程Bring the prototype into the workflow
当小范围验证证明可行后，再确认权限、接口、部署、日志、异常处理和运行成本。系统接入工作不应被隐藏在一个模糊的“AI上线”承诺里。After bounded validation, confirm permissions, interfaces, deployment, logs, exception handling and operating costs. Integration should not be hidden behind a vague launch promise.
需求范围、客户配合、交付成果及变更影响需要在实施前确认；阶段验收帮助团队及时判断继续投入、缩小范围或调整方案。Confirm scope, customer inputs, deliverables and change impacts before implementation. Staged acceptance supports informed decisions to continue, narrow or adjust.
移交与持续服务决定长期可用性Handoff determines long-term usability
上线后应明确谁维护规则、谁处理异常、版本升级如何验证，以及业务变化后如何重新评测。交付文档、培训与问题记录都是业务能力的一部分。After launch, define who maintains rules, handles exceptions, validates upgrades and reevaluates changing needs. Documentation, training and issue records are part of the capability.
从一个明确场景开始，验证后再扩大使用范围，是控制投入并沉淀可复用经验的务实路径。Starting with one defined scenario and expanding after validation is a practical way to manage investment and build reusable experience.
